What we collect
Ora Foundry collects the information needed to power your AI agents: your email address, business data you provide (company details, contacts, leads, messages, agent configurations), and — if you choose to connect Gmail — OAuth access and refresh tokens scoped togmail.sendso agents can send email on your behalf.
How we store it
All data is stored securely in our managed backend (Supabase) with row-level security policies that restrict access to your account only. Gmail tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to perform actions you have explicitly authorized.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, business data, or email content with third parties for advertising. We only share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI model providers) strictly as needed to operate the service.
Your rights
You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Integrations, which revokes our token. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. On deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.
