Terms of Service

1. Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial of Ora Foundry with access to core features. No payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.

2. Subscription plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in euros and renew automatically until cancelled:

• Solo — €29 / month
• Growth — €49 / month
• Scale — €99 / month

Ora Foundry takes 0% of your revenue. The subscription fee is the only fee.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ora Foundry to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate others, to violate applicable law (including anti-spam, privacy, and export regulations), or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. You are responsible for the content your agents send and for ensuring you have the right to contact recipients.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ora Foundry's total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
